Per Log 7 (file Log 007 a) research dated 1978-11-15, she's from 1975-10-28 or 29. This entry also confirms that she created the original Forum Logo, the one with the tip of the rocket in the middle of the Sun, and that she's the Secretary as of 1978-11-15.
Warning: According to an alt.sf4m who seems knowledgable, Donna was secretary for three years but "NEVER president". (1997-12-30)

In an old album photo...
...suspected to be from before November of 1979, she is described as a past secretary and a designer of the logo.
According to an old copy of the Stony Brook alumni directory, she graduated in 1979 and became Donna Finely by way of marriage. As of the 1990s, she lived in Framingham, MA.
It is believed that she currently lives in Baltimore, MD and possibly works or does readings at a bookstore in Easton.
