Jay was introduced to the forum by Veronique "Niqui" Stravato after the LGBTA feel to social drama in the spring of 1998. After spending a whole week as Vice President and resigning the post to Robert Anders quickly became Assistant Librarian under Jennifer Adams and then succeeded her as Head Librarian in late 1999 until his graduation in 2001. Jay lived on campus in Cardozo College with Nick Kilb and then moved off campus to Cthulhu House and later Fang Keep. He is currently living in Manhattan where he is finishing up his PhD in Neuroscience at Mount Sinai School of Medicine. He has worked as a scientist for NASA, the National Space Biomedical Research Institute and the National Institutes of Health.
