"Clockwise...Not Bullwinkle!" is the shortened version of a line usually used as a jab at someone's understanding of clockwise/counterclockwise, involving the backwards Bullwinkle clock in the Lounge. It has been yelled at Phillip Albrecht, due to his various ineptitudes, and is usually yelled by Roman Levant.
