Karen has hung out with many Forumites, being introduced by Ducky and gradually gravitating towards Turtle, and been to many Forumite parties, but has never taken the plunge and visited the Forum itself. Although she hung out with Forumites in the mid to late 90s, she moved away to California for some time, only returning to Long Island in the last few years. She recently moved to Queens and works in the NYC financial district for a non profit charter school organization. She likes Macintosh, Lost, graphic design, the Animation Show, swing dancing, and has a huge and growing DVD collection. She is also the queen of the indy music scene, collecting and admiring a large assortment of indy bands, and is friends with the band Static Poetry. She also seems to be friends with random celebrities such as Jai from Queer Eye and being aquaintenced with Zoey Dechanel of Hitchhiker movie fame.
