Garrett first came down to the 4m on November 17th, 1999 to find Kotan and Techno Jim playing Magic on the old, very unholy, rug. For some godforsaken reason, he came back. And found a niche. Eight years later, he still drops by twice a week after classes (he'll have his degree soon, finally, damnit!) and lives with the fiance he met through the 4m. And he's grumpy.
