Possibly the Secretary Pro-tem of the Forum at one point.
Really wanted people to write in columned lines in Log.
Did some good research from rereading past logs otherwise lost to time, but generally considered a pain in the ass by many. Apparently tried to start a competing, more restrictive SF club (the SF Library Society - Log 008a, 1979-04-25) while hanging out in the Forum. Made his own alternate Log, lost to time. Recommended the creation of a Space Colonization Conference Committee.
