Ian reads comic books.  In fact, he enjoys comic books very much.  Almost... too much.  Of course, Matt puts this all into perspective, which begs the question of: "Is Ian really Matt's secret apprentice?"
Ian is the tight fisted master of the forum's finances. His dictatorial reign over the treasury can only be compared to [[Bobby]]'s reign of terror over the lounge.
 
This will all be made clear when the secret treasury documents are made available at the end of the semester and people can see the giant debits for the "comic book fund".


Often found actually doing work in the 4m, an oddity, Ian is known for his cynicism and deep seated fury.
