In Harriman Hall's basement, room 029.
This was the site of the longest-running official Forum presence. In Summer of 1993, the Science Fiction Forum was given special permission to use the underground Steam Tunnels to move the library, members and other materials from Central Hall (prior to that named Old Bio, now known as the SAC).
In the mid to late 1990s, the Forum legitimately acquired the space across the hall, room 020, known as the Lounge. They were given a signed paper stating that the room would belong to the club in pepetuity. It vanished. Good going, guys.
Due to promised upcoming construction that never happened, the Forum was kicked to a far smaller room arrangement, now known as the Sixth Forum, in 2009.
Seriously, if you're a current Forumite, and the Forum is still in the Union basement, you should be pissed. Before this happened, the Forum was almost twice its current physical size. We had to junk a shit-ton of books from our library as well as a lot of furniture in order to make the room habitable.
