Drow continued to do so until mid-2006 due to problems with his VCRs and a general lack of Forumite interest. A weekly Forum event originally on the same day as the meeting involving watching taped science fiction television shows.
TV Night was begun in 1994(?) by then-Activities Coordinator JC who would tape many of the popular science fiction TV shows of the day(including Babylon 5, whatever Star Trek series was airing at the time, Forever Knight and others). After JC left the AC position in 1996, TV Night ceased until it was revived by Drow Dave in 1998. Drow continued to do so until mid-2006 due to problems with his VCRs and a general lack of Forumite interest. Shows that have been shown at TV Night included: Babylon 5, Star Trek DS9, Voyager, and Enterprise, Xena:Warrior Princess, Stargate SG-1 and Atlantis, The Simpsons, King of the Hill, Pinky and the Brain, Futurama, Earth: Final Conflict, Andromeda, Galactica 2.0(the new Battlestar Galactica series), Space: Above and Beyond, Hercules, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel, John Doe, Smallville, Tru Calling, Jake 2.0, Farscape, Adult Swim, Justice League, Superman(animated series), Doctor Who(New Series Season 1), Dark Angel, the X-Files, and many others.
