Rumor has it - that under the Earth and Space Sciences building there are the desiccated remains of a mouse. Such remains might have been nicknamed "Arnie Sac-mouse-em" after the character Arne Saknussemm in Journey to the Center of the Earth by Jules Verne. There might be the letters "A.S." and an arrow pointing toward the location of a desiccated mouse throughout the steam tunnels under SUNY Stony Brook.
