Garrett first came down to the 4m on November 17th, [[1999]] to find [[Jay Kotan]] and [[Techno Jim]] playing Magic on the old, very unholy, rug. For some godforsaken reason, he came back. And found a niche. Eight years later, he still drops by twice a week after classes (he'll have his degree soon, finally, damnit!) and lives with the fiance he met through the 4m. And he's grumpy.
