Likely not Charles Miller, who is listed as starting in 1983. Could be Charles Knopf, but it's almost certainly Charles Balassi. He posted a letter to the Forum of the "recently left but wish to be back" kind in Log 17 on 1982-02-08 or so, along with a fun Filk about the Forum.
