Meeting Notes 04/23/12
Meeting called to order at 7:03 PM

President: The FMLA event went really really well.  Thanks to Adam Hurd for the computer parts that turned out not to be necessary.  I really like events where we discuss stuff.  Finals start May 8, a Tuesday.  Next week will be the last meeting and next weekend will be the picnic at Sunken Meadow.  Nominations tonight.  GAAAAH!  There will be a vegetarian option at the picnic.  I have spoken to the USG Treasurer about ICON.  We won't have to make any significant changes if we don't add officers, so I do not forsee obstacles with USG.  We'll probably try to anyway, but they likely won't give us trouble about it.

VP: Not here.

Treasurer: We're still out of money because our VP hasn't returned our check or given me the Domino's receipt.

Secretary: The next Shifholder Prime shall soon be inducted.

Head Librarian: Not much to say.

Head AC: The manhunt turned into a shopping trip.  Colleen has brought up that the Avengers is coming out on the 4th.  We'll be doing a midnight run to watch it.

Historian: Is history.

Committees: 

Fundraising - Higher than the firmament and lower than the abyss.

PR -  We relate well.

Regatta committee - We have a boat.  It's flimsy but it is a boat.

Reuben is running a Fury Tournament during finals week.  He will also be doing one-shot RPGs over the next couple of weeks.
