Meeting notes 04/17/12
Meeting called to order at 7:06 PM

President: 
I was really hoping everyone would be here because we need to give all our unused checks back to USG.  I've met with Pedro for reserving the room for next year.  We now have our amended constitution in our Gmail and I sent it to both agencies that needed it.  We will take a vote on when we want our office hours to end.  The FMLA event is in two days, so come down to the Forum at 7 PM on Wednesday to see a powerpoint slide.  The picnic and Regatta are coming soon.

VP: Not here.

Treasurer: A bunch of our orders that weren't going through finally went through so now we're getting our Shakespeare and B Movies.  Beyond that, the allocation for pizza has been verified but may require reimbursement since the event is in two days.

Secretary: I'm sick, want the pics taken by Aaron and got hit in the face. 

Head Librarian: Adam got us a worse book than he lost.

Head AC: Try not to have things happen in the Forum during the FMLA event.  I'm having a manhunt on Friday at 8 PM (to anyone who thinks this is a vague note, it was a vague report).  Asian Vince has catalogued all our movies by date, genre, director and everything else.

Historian: The historian's report is history.

Committees:

Fundraising - Up, up and away!

PR -  Manhunt, 8 PM, show up.  FMLA event: Women in SF, Video Games and other Geekery.  Wednesday evening.

Regatta committee - Is being formed.  We need to build a boat.  We have the tape, we can salvage the cardboard.  Theme is 90s nostalgia.  It's the 27th.

New Business:
Sometimes the picnic is Sunken Meadow.  It is a toll park, $8 per car, so that may mean we have to go somewhere else.  If anyone knows a better park, I'm open.  Otherwise we'll go to Sunken Meadow.  An Old Forumite offered his back yard.

The new rules have been changed so that we can have genre  board games on the table further into the room.  The one behind the couch.  Business hours were originally 9-9.  This was changed to 10-6.  We are now voting on whether to make it 10-6 or 10-7.
The time is 10-6.

We will be amending the Constitution to reflect our absorbing ICON.
