Meeting Notes 3/26/12
Meeting called to order at 7:02 PM

President: I'm here earlier than some people have been late for Magic.  Hi, Jared.  I'm saying things in the past of this record that have been said in the future already.  We're updating our Constitution with USG to reflect that our voting membership are undergrads who pay the activity fee.

VP: Similarly not present.

Treasurer: Hi, obviously there are a lot of people missing.  We're going ahead anyway!  We had our budget hearing and it went super well.  We'll see if we get any more money.  They seem to be happy we're spending it, though.

Secretary: I renewed RM!

Head Librarian: I at'ent dead.  I am, however, a Ben Jeserit.  My phlegm was green.

Head AC: Friday the LGBTAs event with us went very well.  Thanks to Reuben.  Unfortunately we couldn't allocate for pizza.  

On Saturday we had a marathon which also had a large population.

Yesterday we had an awesome Boffer Build.

I'm looking into fixing the access list.  Hopefully that'll happen soon.

Reuben - Saturday after ICON I wil be running a colossal board game.

Vince also helped seriously with the DVD organization.

Historian: Clocks are everywhere...


Old business: 

PR - I made posters.  They were hung up and removed.  Hooray.  April 18th is the FMLA event but we don't know where yet.
