Meeting notes 2/13/12
Meeting called to order at 6:55 PM

President: We have club business.  Obviously I’d like to welcome back our VP.  She’s been gone the last few meetings.  The only thing I’ll say up front is that our former Head AC is persona non grata.  We will be holding emergency elections and spread the responsibility across the e-board.  

VP:  I’ve been neglecting my duty at making you all feel like terrible people.  You will now be feeling my wrath.  The cleanliness of the forum:  I have had a conversation with a smelly person whose smell has been the cause of complaints.  All people who smell bad should be aware that they will likely be banned from the forum until they are no longer described as a ‘foul reek.’  There has been improvement on that front, though, so everyone should keep it in mind and we should have no difficulty.
Food litter in the forum continues to be a problem, and since this is a much more voluntary difficulty, the penalties will be correspondingly more severe.

Treasurer: We have money.  I’ll be spending it.

Secretary: 
Aaron face palms, Liz thinks less of Aaron and Vest Paul.
The blurry photos will continue until people who want them removed put their own photos up.
As your techpriest head secretarian I make Mitch Head Librarian.

Librarian: If we ban food in the forum, I’ll eat it.  We now have shiftholder signups.  Remember that shifholders have to actually do work.
Don’t go near the wobbly shelf in back if you value your safety or that of your fellow forumites.  It is currently under repairs.

Head AC: Aaron P-I is doing a movie run.  We’re looking for a new Head AC (the one we just elected, that’s the one we’re looking for)

SACFL: Not in the room.

Historian: Not in the room.
