President’s report: • Meeting called at 7 PM • Last week was Club-Con, it was far more successful than David predicted. For his own event. Forum was packed, and David hopes for more collaborations in the future. • David informs Matthew Santos that the Jews canceled his Star Wars watching event in the forum. • Filled out two surveys using the forum’s email address o Filled out building survey, endorses asbestos o An intern for campus athletics wants to advertise us on the big screen during home games, and also wants us to perform during hometimes  Hullaballoo raised • If problems with other forumites arise and you cannot handle it on your own, please speak to the eboard about it. We’re a public space and we want to be open, but if somebody becomes an issue, come to the eboard and he will address it. • Vest Paul is cosplaying as Colleen. The costume is pretty convincing; we saw Santos making out with him in the stacks. (This was before Vest Paul was in costume) VP’s report: • Been speaking to James Carr with student life committee • To build on what David said, please come to the eboard in general if personal problems arise. • Clean the place! • A vacuum will be had for the forum within the next couple weeks. o We will not be getting a vacuum that costs more than our budget. Treasurer’s report: • We’ll be having allocations later • Event grant has been passed for Comic-Con in the senate budget committee. It will come before the full senate next week. • We have applied for fall revisions to get a larger budget Basic bitch Librarian’s report: We have books and stuff. Nothing important happened this week. Important things will happen later. Don’t harass people in the forum. Don’t scare new people away, even if you’re crippled with loneliness. Head AC’s Report: • I am skinny and loud • Rooms booked for Halloween and Festivus o Halloween will be in SAC Auditorum October 26th o Festivus will be in the SAC at December 3rd since cutoff dates are early this year • We booked two easels to promote Historian report: • We banned stuff once in the old place when some people just came down to play Magic. Magic was everywhere. We banned it for two months, and then things got better when the ban was lifted. • Historian’s project: A photo album, possibly in volumes. Rousing applause. PR: • Posters were put up, and then taken down. Hooray! General advertisement posters have been made. Business: • Jmax and David were reading the Press Magazine and somebody took it upon themselves to speak to the Press about the MLP’s on campus. Wait, it was Vince? Okay, he’s on eboard. Just make sure the eboard gives quotes. If it’s something regarding negative events on campus, if they come to us, just gently turn them away. Any attention is bad attention.
