Meeting called to order at 7:01
President’s report: Congratulations on performing a basic human function by cleaning the room. (Treasurer: Now our recliners can recline). Ian, me, Morgan and Mitch picked out the new chairs we shall receive. Whoo. They aren’t that great, but they ARE. They’ve got arms and are sort of like ours but thinner. Otherwise, they don’t do more that chairs ought. We also saw something else at Officemax… We need new cabinets for DVDs and suchlike. We found a colossal great cabinet that is mighty and deep. We’re going to add shelves, paint it blue and switch its conceptual geometer from analog to digital. Then put some crates in so we can use its full depth for DVDs. Watch God Machine and e-mail your opinion. Festivus is coming up and Colleen(Charles) is working very hard on it. Adam’s tabletop event will be held over the course of next week in the forum. We will have a new game every day.

VP: All righty. I am shocked as hell to find week 11 of forum cleanliness. Nothing is wrong and that is effing great. The gigantic amazing banner Lisa brought in will be hung on the 23rd. A forumite may also be hanged if they use improper grammar. Help hang the banner by holding it while JMaxx goes at the wall with a hammer. The access list is being updated.
Treasurer: Allocations later. We cleaned. It was great.

Librarian Secretary of Defense: Blah blah blah. On Bonfire Night we heard from an old forumite that she has many magazines, D&D books and cards she wants to be rid of. They are being shipped to me from Florida. Vince had his balls threatened by a mad hair stylist, so for his balls’ sake, don’t be loud in the hallway. Congrats on breaking the hammer. The librarian cannot spell.
Head AC: Is described as an angry brooding dick in the corner. Yes, I was told to put that in notes. Bugger me if I know why.
SACFL: We have new movies. The Disney 20,000 Leagues, Priest Unrated and Robocop 3. This month’s movies are Captain America, the newest Pirates and Harry Potter 7B. Game isn’t the 23rd.

Fundraising: Funds rose in a gliss which was actually a glyph and then turned out to be explosive runes.
Authors: Leeshock and so forth.
New business:
There will be a screening next month of Star Wars Prequel Reviews.

Old business:

The forum will be hosting its new tabletop week. This will be next week, so do some playing. The schedule is already up.
Announcements:
Go Club, LGBTA and the Forum will have a game night on the 21st. There will be Warhammer, awesome and foodz.
Go Club meets Tuesday and Thursday 7:30 in the Library Lounge.
Gamer club meets Thursday 10PM in 305.
