Meeting Notes 4/7/11
Meeting Opens: 7:00pm

President’s Report: We had a crafts fair yesterday, there were crafts and glitter, it was fun. There was a lot of glitter. We’ve been invited to participate in a carnival at H-Quad. The discourse in the forum should improve. Yell less and be nicer to each other.

Treasurer’s Report: After spring break the fridge will be plugged back in. Don’t put other movies on during an event. 

Secretary’s Report: The media center was assembled thanks to everyone who helped out.

Librarian: Everything from our donations has been shelved until just this moment. Please help with the new donations.

Head Ac: Stick to events, someone from the independent is going to write an article on us. I-CON is soon. Next week we’re gonna watch Tri-Gun after meetings. We’ll be getting a DVD book. Anime club has a Kinect we’re invited to use it after meeting. Thanks to Evan for counting the discs. Kickball with the LGBTA next week. 

Historian: Use the Wiki. We should try to add things from logs to the Wiki.

P.R.: The forum needs new advertising.

Old Business: Clean. 

New Business: We’re getting rid of Couchthulu. Allocations for computer stuff.
Announcements: Waltham Mass will be turned into a Steam Punk village we should do a forum trip. This Monday there will be an event with the cast of Doctor Who. Come to LGBTA meeting.
