1301013192 Meeting Notes 3/24/11 Meeting Opens: 7:02 President’s Report: We have a fancy new forum! All the books are shelved except donations. HVZ 31st-7th. ICON’S coming. If you want to run the forum table come to me after meeting. Vice President’s Report: I have nothing to rant about. Two Aquafina bottles left out. Don’t touch the tv, use the remote. Treasurer’s Report: You guys if you’re not a shiftholder and your staying in the forum late. Don’t leave the tv on. Write down requests in log, and make them available online. You can email requests to me if you must. nderoin@gmail.com Secretary’s Report: Head Librarian: We have new bookshelves. I’m very proud of all of us. We have donations, they can’t be shelved because they don’t have book pockets. Head Ac: We got a lot of shit done. I apologize for not announcing this in advance, but we’re doing a joint event with the anime club, we’re showing the entirety of the Gungrave series with the anime club after meeting for a few weeks. Zombie movie marathon will happen. It will be advertised heavily. After that we’ll go through our horror movie box sets. We put the media shelf together. All the dvds are in there. However we have no space for new movies. We should do something about that. Sucker Punch movie runs. Regatta boat will be built over Spring break. Sub Ac: I brought movies. Diner run after meeting. Historian: The many locations of the forum. Committees: Logo: We have many entries for a new logo, they’ll soon be posted online. PR: We have fliers for the zombie movie marathon. Authors: Book Club: Epic fail. Absolutely terrible. New Business: We should start displaying. Allocations. Equipment for the library (l-brackets) passes. Books. During Spring Break we will possibly paint the forum. Old Business: Clean. Announcements: Vince is presented with a new librarian’s chair, and a certificate that names the new shelves “The Vicente Viteri Memorial Children’s Hospital and Mattress Emporium” J.C. Annual pillowfight day at Union Square park. Saturday the 2nd. 2or3pm. Tommy Lee is making a tv show for the scifi channel. Vince will be playing Ocarina of Time do not disturb him!
