Opens 7:00

President’s Report: Thanks to Dan Graber we got our grant info from USG, give him a big hug if you see him. ICON will happen soon you should all attend. Nathalie isn’t on Allocate yet. We got an email from resourcemate they want us to fill out a survey. Vince I’ll send you that email and you can rip them a new one.

 

Vice President’s Report (delivered in absentia): Roar! I’m J-Max. The forum has actually been clean this week, so food is still allowed. I’m going to decide this on a week by week basis.

Treasurer’s Report: I’m still not your treasurer. We’re going to allocate for lights because the forum’s a little rapy. Better lights.

 

Secretary’s Report:  I’m going to send the access list to Pedro tomorrow. If you haven’t given me your info by then don’t worry, I fully expect Pedro to throw all of the info I give him into an incinerator. Basically I’m giving him the list tomorrow so that a week after J-max can go and take care of it.  

 

Librarian: As you can see we’ve been shifting books and shelving. As you can tell, we’re shifting books to the top of the bookshelves. Whenever you’re in the forum please shelve. If you don’t know what to do you can look for my instructions in Log. Thanks to Nat who shelved six boxes over the weekend. I’m making a shiftholders schedule, if you haven’t already sign up.

 

Head Ac: Hi I’m your new head AC. My first announcement is Matt makes really funny faces at the urinal. I need SubAcs, if you’re interested please text me. On Monday we’ll have our first movie marathon of the semester, the God Damn Batathon. It’ll be all Batman movies. Next meeting, no more interrupting or you’ll be nerfd. I’ll be allocating for DVDs soon, is there still a list?  Next week we’ll have an Evangelion marathon with the anime club, and the week after we’ll watch a movie with the Philosophy club.

 

Sub Ac:  I ordered DVD’s.

 

Historian: The Regatta.

 

Committees: Vince, Polina, and Ri get on authors.

 

Logo: Fishman made forms, there’s a big red folder in the forum for submissions. Once we have a new logo we’ll make T-shirts.

 

PR: Evan will be making flyers for upcoming marathon.

 

Old Business: Clean

Fishman: Router’s been sucking.

 

Roman: Don’t download so much, use computers less. Save porn bandwith for me.

 

Nathalie: Get allocations into me by noon on Tuesdays. Possible cell phone thingy (for reception in the forum).

Evan: we need to store old comics in mylar.

 

Fishman: we found old historical artifacts.

 

JC: I have a bunch of logs at my house.

 

Announcements:

 

Ri: Shelving party we’ll play poker. Basically you buy into the poker game by shelving a box, and when you go out you shelve another box to get back in.  

 

Adib: We’re going to do silence in the library again, but if you’re not into that I’ll be holding outdoor events during that time.

 

Roman: MTG draft soon and don’t spawl out on tables. Also I work at Dave and Busters in Farmingdale, come and visit me some time.

 

Greenfield: Two weeks to run RPG’s at ICON.  If you don’t contact me before then you can’t run anything.
