President’s Report: Involvement Fair it went well and we have a new member to show for it. We have to send two members to a meeting about the budget process on Saturday February 19th, so whoever is elected treasurer will go with me.

VP: We need people to recycle the cans. (Rich volunteers).  Clean up your shit. Or I’ll ban food.

Treasuer: Grant is pending.

Secretary: Somebody stole my mustache and I’m dressed like a star in its red dwarf phase. Thanks to Evan, New Ian and everyone else who helped at the involvement fair. Also thanks to Animated Perspectives for letting us share their table.

Librarian: Computer fixed, Polish books. Another donation.

Head Ac: Magic draft.

Sub Ac: Game went well. Today is Sherman Raftenburg day. We have White Castle.

Historian: Sherman Raftenburg day.

P.R.: We have a website.

Logo: Hi, I’m Fishman and I’m going to run Logo committee now. There will be a  three week period for submissions, and after there will be a month long voting period.

Announcements: Hey I’m V from the anime club (treasurer). Our club goes to Anime Boston it’s a convention like ICON but with a little less scifi. It happens easter weekend, and we’re opening up the trip to the scifi forum. We have costume workshops in the weeks preceding, if you’re interested please see me. We pay for:  a coach bus to Boston, Hotel, and admission to the con. There are gaming tournaments at the con that are open 24 hours. If you plan to attend you will have to go to mandatory meeting about it in our club.  We’re getting our space renovated, and our club is cool if you want to move in and share the space.

Paul is starting a game that will take place after meetings.

Ri wants a minecraft club.

The Jim is involved in the Zydrate Enthusiast network. The shadowcast repo the genetic opera, and they’re the only ones in New York who do it.

Matt invites the forum to watch a UFC fight with him at Buffalo Wild Wings on February 26.
