Meeting Notes: 2/4/11


Presiden’t Report: Welcome back. We are having elections next week, nominations tonight are for Vp, head librarian, head ac, historian, treasurer. The involvement fair is next week, we couldn’t get table space. We can show up and hand out fliers.  The forum computer is down. Please put a sign on the computer so I don’t turn it on by mistake. The grant went through, but more paperwork is needed.


Aaron: The computer need’s work, I’m on it.


VP: Welcome back, clean up your shit.


Secy: Hi, I shaved.


Librarian: Check books out manually.


Historian: ICON


PR: Involvement fair.


Announcements: Sherman Raftenburg day will be observed next Thursday.  


New Business: Shelving, props to Fishman.

Possible meeting time change.


Old Business: Clean, bookshelves, quiet time.
