Meeting called to order at 7:00pm

President’s Report: Hi, it’s Thursday! If you are on our voting members list, please verify  our previous allocations—otherwise they won’t go through. Also, if you aren’t on our voting members list but you plan to show up to meetings consistently, please submit your net ID so that we could add you. Aaron did some stuff to the forum; he cleared space by the series shelves which is why you may have noticed an additional table in the forum. He also added rafters to the bookshelves and made the lights all sexy.

Vice President’s Report: I don’t seem to have a rant this week.

Treasurer’s Report (Delivered in absentia): Hey, Lukas couldn’t be here tonight but he wrote his announcement on this note that I will read to you verbatim:

Dear Forum,

I’m sorry I couldn’t be here tonight. My meeting with Howie from USG had to be rescheduled, so the grant is still pending. Also, I would like to confess to every unsolved murder in New York State since 1911.

Secretary’s Report: I’m working on getting a food permit for festivus.

Librarian (also delivered in absentia): Thanks to shiftholders. Also, I’ll be allocating for books next week, if there is anything in particular that you want please write the book title in the back of log.

Head AC: I exchanged our old videogame doubles for new old videogames.

Sub AC: I ordered more movies, including Ghost in a Shell.

Old Business: Forum cleaning happens tomorrow (Friday) at four.

New Business: Allocation to Amazon passes.
