Meeting Opens at 7:03pm

 

President’s Report: The Halloween event is next week, Dawn of the Dead is in the public domain, so I think we’ll screen that. Also there will be a trivia game and costume contest. The USG has decided not to meet this week so the Grant will not be voted on tonight. When you take a DVD out of the DVD Player or PS3 put the disc back into its box and put that box back on the shelf. That way discs don’t get lost or damaged.

Vice President’s Report (delivered in absentia):  The access list has been updated. Clean!

Treasurer:  We have cheques for  BJ’s and Smithhaven Mall. I’m going  to need a ride to these places so I can buy our Halloween stuff. We forgot to cancel food for the event, I’ll do that soon though. I’m going to wait until the grant passes before I submit the conditional allocations.

Secretary: John Reddy brought old logs to the forum earlier.

Librarian: Some people want weekend shifts. While I want to say yes, I don’t want to have to require shiftholders to be present in the forum at a set time every weekend. But if you’re in the forum, you are more than welcome to do shiftholder work. Also, a family would like to donate Polish-Language Scifi to us.
