Meeting Called to order at 7:00pm


President's Report: Hello it's Thursday (Natalie: Hi!). Lukas, David, and I defended our grant today, the portable DVD player and headphones were cut, we will only get $500 for the computer and $150 if the grant is ultimately passed. If anyone knows a way to get a couch for $150 that doesn't require me to give a blow job I'd be glad to hear it. The Halloween event is the 28th we can't get food after all.


Vice President's Report: I'm working on updating the access list. We're still waiting on keys.


Treasurer's Report: They're voting on the grant now (the vote did not actually take place- e.d.) After meeting I'm going to the USG senate to find out if they passed the grant or not. We have some conditional allocations if the grant is passed.


Secretary's Report: I'm cold.


Librarian: Thanks to shiftholders. Keep adding books to the system, if you do not know how to add books or how to check for doubles I will teach you.


Head AC (delivered in absentia): We got a new video game system. It's an NES, SNES, and Genesis in one.


Historian: Destinies: The Voices of Science Fiction is a weekly Forum radio show hosted by a Forum Alumnus that is broadcasted weekly. Any forumite wishing to contribute is more than welcome on the program.


PR: We're gonna get a great big poster for the Halloween event.


Logo Committee: Anna submitted another possible logo.


Authors Committee: Things are in motion.


Old Business: Clean


New Business: Nat had 42 cents in her pocket and we were all very proud of her. Barry suggests the forum run more role playing games.

Third Ian needs two more people for his Zombie RPG.


Allocations: Amazon allocation passes. Both conditional allocations pass.


Announcements:

Toni: I will be participating in a Megaman marathon next Thursday. You can watch at megamarathon.com. If you like you can sponser me or my friends, all proceeds go to the wonderful charity Childsplay, which gives video games to children in hospitals.


J-Max: I maxed out the weight stack today.
