Meeting Notes: 10/7/10 [Oct. 10th, 2010|01:08 pm] davidrspector Meeting Called to Order at 7:03pm President’s Report: The Halloween event is in three weeks. There will be movies, candy, games, and more cool stuff. Starting November, all allocations will be submitted over the internet. This will require all voting members to register online. Whenever there is a vote for an allocation, twenty five percent of all voting members will have to go online and verify that the vote actually took place. Now, I can either have every undergraduate who votes at meeting register online, or I can set up an electoral college. I’d rather have everyone who votes at meeting register, but note if you fail to verify I will kill you all slowly, painfully, and in some cases multiple times. Vice President’s Report: We now have a recycling/trash bin outside the forum. We’re still waiting on keys, but all of the stolen movies have been replaced. Treasurer’s Report: I forwarded the grant to USG. I have an allocation, so does Roman. Roman: You spoiled the surprise! ROMAN THROWS HISSY FIT, PEN. Librarian’s: Book Allocation (allocation passes). Thanks Shiftholders, I’ll be adding more books to the system later this week. Head AC: Sharktopus is cancelled. We have a PS3, it is hidden. Sub AC: I’ll soon be getting Blu-Ray Avatar and Terminator Salvation. PR: Jackie is making a Halloween flier. Logo Committee: Anna’s submission seems to be popular, so I think we’ll just go with that. Old Business: Clean Allocations: Halloween Event (allocation passes) Movies (allocation passes) Announcements: Asbestos! Meeting closes at 7:36pm
