Two weeks from now, we’re going to have election nominations for Pres. Treas. & sec. HvZ is over now. We may or may not sponsor them next year. The other thing I want to talk about is the 4M picnic. I wanted it to be the 9 th, but that’s Mother’s day. We could do it on May 2nd, April 30th, or May 8th. (Heated discussion). May 2nd it is. Vice President: Garbage situation is getting out of control again. Until further notice, Phil will be recycling empty bottles on Thursdays. We might be hiking thru a cemetery during the picnic. Tabletop Hooligans wants to broadcast a podcast from the 4M. Treasurer: I didn’t hand in the vouchers yet form last week. (DO THIS TOMORROW). Secretary: I have no announcement. Librarian: For those who are curious, we still have a lot of budget. That said, watch me and Roman hack most of it off tonight. Like a lumberjack. Head AC: I’m surprised that nobody’s brought this up yet. You guys are all disgusting. Clean the f***ing 4M. We have 3 functional garbage pails. The software is up and running- get on that. I organized the DVD’s. I appreciate nobody taking advantage of our year of vulnerability to steal something. I want to allocate for a DVD cabinet that is the size of one metric Aaron. It will hold about 420 DVD’s. I have grouped the VHS’s into categories: things we have on DVD, we need on DVD, and VHS we don’t need or can’t get. All these boxes are labeled; there is no responsibility involved for any of you. Clap for yourself. Next Tuesday at 2:10, Dave is showing Finnish (Norwegian? Swedish?) film called “Star Wreck: in the Perkening”. Dan Grabler wants to put our Dr. Who VHS on DVD. We have Liz’s VHS to DVD converter, but she wants a DVD player. Then he will run a Dr. Who from the 70’s marathon. (There may be a DVD player in the 4M, which Liz will get). This marathon may occur next Wednesday night. Sub AC for Life: I did my check. All DVD’s are there. I ordered Armageddon, Hackers, and Strange Days. My game on Tuesday was cool, and the next game will be back next week. Historian: Jmax: The Story of the South Hampton spokeswoman and Spector’s racist jokes. Committees: PR: Dan Grabler is throwing a Rocky Horror party Saturday night and everyone’s invited. Fundraising: Love the Hat, fear the Hat. Authors: The Southampton spokesperson may be providing a person, but we don’t know who she is. Old Business: Roth Regatta is coming up. The theme is Looney Tunes vs. Disney. Spector wants to have Elmer Fudd Shooting Bambi’s mother. New Business: Clean! Howie wants to movie 4M picnic to South Haven Park (free parking! Large lake!
