Meeting opens at 7:02

 

President: Big day tomorrow- ICON. Here’s the game plan: (diagram). We have four teams: Alpha, Delta, Zeta, and Adele. Alpha is me & Peter (Hat) - get your badges from the dealers’ room. Team Delta- that’s the people working for the 4M table- that’s Paul & Dave who is not here right now. You can pick up badges in the sports complex. Team Zeta (anyone working for ICON) go to the SAC starting noon tomorrow. You will receive further instructions there. Team Adele has to wait in pre-registration to get their badges. {Wait, there’s more than one of me?} I need people to volunteer to work the table tomorrow. Let me know. The books that we are planning to give away are in a box. You can recognize it by the gargantuan amount of Garfield comics. We’ll put out T-shirts and the blanket. If you want to bring anything else to make the table look nice go right ahead. In other news, I need someone to be available on April 5th and 6th from 6 to 8 because Kati will be having her HvZ meeting. Someone needs to go and rep the 4M.

Vice President: Nothing to rant about.

Treasurer: For the table, I was thinking we could get a stand for the Battlestar Galactica Armor. We need to either build something or buy something. Any input? Anybody want to wear it?

Secretary: I got sent to a meeting where they gave me a Handy Binder for Posterity. Clubs have been divided into bureaus. We’re in the Programming Bureau. This has no real bearing on how we operate, but we do have a guy we can go to if we need help with any USG stuff.

Librarian: Hi. I want to get this allocation filled in for check-out cards for the library. I looked for them, but I don’t know where they went. If you know where they went, you better tell me.

Head AC: Wazzup guys? I’m not gonna be useless today. People have been telling me to use our budget, and I’m planning on get us a new TV, a cabinet for DVD’s, a nice media center where we can put our nice new TV, and I will be making an allocation for an excessive amount of DVD’s. A ludicrous amount. I will be running a Video game marathon on Monday from around noon to midnight. We’ll play some games and have fuckin’ fun. Bring multiplayer games. The controllers: I have 1 standard remote for PS3. I will be bringing in 2 guitars, 1 drum set, and 1 mic for guitar hero. If you want to bring Xbox or wii, bring as many accompanying controllers as you can. This will go down in Lukas’s apartment in West B. Call Lukas or Roman for specifics. Both #’s are listed on Facebook. We’re also planning on doing something mildly healthy. (Jmax takes over): the weather is supposed to get better. I was thinking of doing some hiking through the abandoned Kings Park Psych Center. This is completely legal. Thursday at one o’clock, as long as it’s not raining. Muster point will be posted on SF4M later. Wear long pants and bring a baseball bat. The creep factor wears off after ten minutes as long as nobody screams like a girl (points at Phil). LotR marathon will occur Tuesday and Wednesday night around 7 pm. Bring snacks. Call Jmax 631-255-9405. Roman again: Jmax and I were planning paintball sometime. If you want to grab guns and shoot people and make it sting, it’ll be fun as hell. Once I have details, they will be spread around. Lukas brought up a good idea to me earlier; what if we had a subsection of the library where people could watch DVD’s on a portable DVD player. THEY WILL STAY IN THE 4M. Lukas: We are planning to give out scheduled tours Friday and Saturday night at 9. There will be a sign-up sheet.

New Business: Allocation: Fun TV shows for $338.65 to Amazon. Motion passes.  $39.85 to DemCo for 1000 due date cards. Motion passes.

Announcements: The Scott Pilgrim trailer came out today. It’s awesome. Pete is going to be a Shy Guy tomorrow at ICON. He needs other people so he can make a line. Roman: Due to circumstances beyond my control, my game is officially over. Holly says clean and love.
