The 18th of May is still the earliest day the room will realistically be ready for us (even then, light replacement may occur after we move in, the Facilities Director has been pressing for a lighting estimate to approve this whole semester, but the people who should be designing such an estimate have been less than helpful). The day we're required to be out of Harriman is uncertain at this time, but I should be hearing an update on that within a few days. So again, please start discussing what day would work for the general alumni populace to help us move.

Again, packing event is going on tomorrow throughout the day, so if you have free time, come help pack!
