Meeting called to order at 7:00 PM

President's Report: Congratulations to Lisa. There was a meeting during the wedding since we had quorum and enough officers. Beyond that, we have the Halloween event this Friday, if you weren't planning on going... you totally should.

Vice President's Report: JAM Can is for cans and bottles - not plates or other garbage. I said this last week, but people didn't listen. CLEAN!

Treasurer's Report: *quiet shrug*

Secretary's Report: *quiet shrug*

AC's Report (Jackie): Orange isn't here to-night. But we have observed that people are playing Magic too much, don't play two games back-to-back. Make sure the AV cabinet is locked. The movie night last week went well; thanks to everyone who showed up. The Halloween event is on Friday, in the Union auditorium (room 123); there will be a costume contest, a jeopardy-style trivia game, and lots of candy. Tell as many people are possible about it.

Sub AC for Life: Everything is present and accounted for. Why is Orange never here? Meetings aren't the same without her.

Librarian's Report: A shiftholder schedule is up. Those who take the time to look at it will notice HUGE gaps. If you have any times in your schedule that are compatible, let me know. The schedule is effective as of to-morrow.

(Ian): Members of USG would like to see how much patronage we have. Ergo, we need to show them how many people take out books. We're trying to get the records from the software.

(Roman): If anyone doesn't have a library card and would like one, come into the library and get one.

Library Wench: Big thank you to JC for bringing in Rob's donation. In generally, thanks to everyone for keeping the library somewhat clean.

PR (Ian): There should be posters for the Halloween event...

Roman inabsentia was appointed head of all none academic committees. DANCE, ROMAN, DANCE!

Fundraising: *Roman does a half-hearted macarena*

Community Service (Roman): I put Ian in charge of the community car wash... you have to wear a bikini.

Old Business
Sam: I priced out wood for Jeremy's monstrosity. I designed it and realised that in order to design it, I need 4x4s and I don't have the tools necessary. I'm going to need help. I will draw up details plans for whoever wants to actually build it.

Ian: Our move is slated for Summer of 2009. We don't know where we will be moving yet, but we know that the space being searched for should be as big as what we have now.

The 40th Anniversary still does not have a set date.

Adib: If anyone has a music keyboard that I can borrow for the rest of the semester, it would be greatly appreciated.

AA: I'm part of a performance group called Swallow This. Our first performance is at 9:00 next Wednesday at Kelly Dining.

Ian: For those of you who haven't already figured it out, Roth Dining is now open (... including the Wendy's)!

Roman: If you didn't help me create it, you will be eligible for Science Fiction Jeopardy at the Halloween event. Let non-Forumites know so we can get them participating as well. There will be FABULOUS PRIZES!
