Meeting notes 4-16-2008

Meeting called to order at 7pm

President’s report: something amusing was planned, but the patsy is not here.
The Shirley Strum Kenny Arts festival was today, we didn’t know, and as such couldn’t participate; it was under attended anyway.
Announcements from me latter.

Vice president: Clean damnit, you people haven’t been cleaning at all. Cleaness makes me happy, so clean please.

Treasurer: The treasurer does now control the library. . . yes!
Under treasury business, guess what we got today boys and girls. Doctor Who, and Adams Family.
We are trying to determine where all our money is going. Also, ACs keep the cabinet locked!!!

Secretary: I fail.

Librarian: Sam- WXYZ not any other way! Only three people don’t fail at the alphabet.
Please do not leave books off the shelves. We have comics that were left in the library, what are there purpose? Orange will determine this. Shift holders Clean, its part of your job.

CS: JC I need a copy of the constitution for the website. Also, if you’re an officer, give me your information, and Forum website name.

Matt: The dramatic reading was awesome.
Special props given to AA for his Sulu voice.
We just got back from fourth world, and are making a list of things we need.

AC: Tiny spiderman with a stick, frowns at those who fail. Keep the cabinets locked.
I will allocate for films
Regatta, people haven’t told me anything about the boat, come and talk to me about it.

Drow: we have new movies, unrated versions of both Riddick Films, and Night breed. Why was Hellboy in the Ks. Roman is blamed!
Kudos, to AC for getting Doctor who.

Historian: I would like to congratulate any forumites actually doing well on their mid-terms, and not hiding from the Sun. The Square root club is when your GPA is less then the square route of your GPA. Beltane, and Earthday both approach.

Committees:

Advertising: out on the bill board, I made a posting of a cell phone bag, for an old cell phone for a soldier.

Fundraising: I dance and explain, someone will need to take over for me next semester.

Old Business:

Jackie: don’t IM people in the Same room.

Kim: Clean up after yourself, I’ve been cleaning up when I get here.

Roman –In absentia: Demands Matt to bring Meteos, and denies being a necrophiliac.

Lisa: Use the Website/

New Business

Kim: James is wearing peanut Boxers

Orange: I would like to acclimate no more then 500 dollars to Amazon.com for movies.

Orange: I would like to motion AA speak only in the Sulu voice. Matt seconds. Acclimated Resoundingly.

Announcements:

SAM: Battlestar Galactica is awesome.

Matt: Nominations for President, Treasurer, and Secretary next Semester. Please Run if you want to have the position regardless, if you don’t think you can win. WE NEED OFFICERS.
