President’s report:  Hi, Im probably not a crook. 

VP’s report:  Clean!

Treasurer: Big props to Jackie, will be explained later.  *Confirms his Homosexuality*  Went to USG to find out about Demco allocation, and got nothing done. 
Budget allocations will be due next week and online.  And I need proxies to go to meetings, from 12-2:30, 2:30- 5, to the USG meeting for a pin number, will anyone volunteer to help out Jackie, it is in SAC 303, it will be very appreciated. 

Secretary:  I am your secretary, I can sign things and type.

Librarian:  I have not gone mad with power yet. . . but I will. 
Schedule for shiftholders, is effective tomorrow, posted on the door.  We have library cards, they kinda work, Get one!!!!
Book club:  Tuesday, 26th 2:30 pm, most likely; invite as many people as you can.  HITCH Hiker’s GUIDE TO THE GALAXY.

Shiftholder’s:  were still in the process of shifting books, from the A’s to the Z’s.  and Clean
Sam:  First announcement as a library Wench.  On Saturday, from 9am, to 5:30 pm. We will clean the library, anyone who can help show up, Drew will be there. 

AC:  Bobby failed at his abuse of power, and their will be no Disney week, but their will be some.  Thanks to heather for bringing a VCR, DEL TORRO night is on Friday now,  starting at 1:00.  I will later allocate for DS9.
Raise your hand if you consider yourself an AC. . .  you’re right.  Adib is now an AC, Kim will now run stuff as an AC. 

Drow:  All movies accounted for, albeit not alphabetically. 
Bobby: I would like to thank Drow, for Super Mario Bros.  and giving into peer pressure

CS:  JC: I upgraded and set up gallery softfare, and if you set up an account, you can upload pictures to the internets.

Roman:  We need to set up librarian and shiftholder accounts on the Library computer.

Historian:  I would like to propose bringing back an anti-valentine’s day party, possibly next year.

Commmitees:
Advertising: Lisa- Roman and I came up with a book club flyer, we will leave a bunch down here.  Feel free to put them up, not on glass or trees, and only in SAC or Union you need permission. 
Community Service:  Lisa-  Last week I mentioned we could do something with the girl scouts.  I can help organize it with my ties to riverhead girl scouts. 

Matt-  we have been asked to exhibit at the Shirley Strum Kenny Art Festival, sponsored by Shirley Strum Kenny.  We’re not sure what this entails, but we will probably have a tribble table.  This SKARTS festival would be good for the Forum.  It would be at the end of the semester.  I will post more details when we find out.

Jackie: I’d like to allocate $85 to Home depot for cleaning supplies.  Seconded by, Ian.  Acclimated.

Orange:  I’d like allocate $296.99 to Amazon for Deep Space 9. Seconded by Lisa, acclimated.

Bobby:  What started as a joke, although now I’d like to make the change, I would like to eliminate the CS position from the constitution.  The other officers would take control of the computer equipment.  This is open for discussion.

Possible simplification of Computer system, with single account, for guest use, authorized by keyholders. 

SAM, WANTS A CS GUY HERE FOR SATURDAY, FOR INVENTORY PURPOSES.

Bobby:  I motion to vote to remove the CS position from the constitution and spread the responsibilities, which will be voted on in two weeks.  The changes will be posted

Kingbird: we want to change the due date of books from 1 month to 28 days, so the computers can have a concrete amount of time.
