Meeting called to order at: 8:15 I SWEAR TO GOD ROMAN!

President's report: Halloween planning goes well, unless there are any crisseses i don't know about.

VP's report: I'd like to thak everyone for cleaning. Roman who cleaned up, Matt etc..
Phil is my pet Freshman.
Clean!!!

Treasurer's report: Here comes the drones! I checked in about our BJ's application. USG wants us to wait for our Check to go through untill it's closer to the event. Theoretically we get it tommarrow.

Secaretary's report: I have the Key of NESS!!!

Librarian's report: I will have an allocation later.
My librarian in charge of computers is doingstuff, right matt.

AC's Report: There is no movie night on wednsday, we have a hallloween double feature, at 8 pm we start setting up. we will have an orange of candy.

Matt: establishes the Orange as the Forum's official measure of volume.

10th kingdom went well, but we lost a TV but we will have more soon.

Drow: Put the movies back in the cabinent when your done. I've gotten the Forum Darkstar. I will pass around favorite movie lists, people should put down their 10 favorite movies.try and get them back to me tonight or later.

CS: (In absentia) Hutch has determined that the only we can get these computers fixed, we need to wipe the forum accounts in order to fix things. You guys have till the end of Friday to remove aall your files from your user accounts!

COMMITEES

Advertising: Orange-Who want's flyers to pass out, give them to freinds, put them in your dorms etc..

Bobby-stick them to cork boards etc.. hand them, arround.

Lisa we need permission to put them up it is limited don't do it untill we have to.
Don't put them in the SAC or Union
Don't put them on glass.
Don't put them on trees.
Tell at least 5 non-forumites.

Matt, through Doom: turns out one of my profesors is an old forumite, we might have a flood of confused english majors. Biggest thing since the Halloween Rave.
Come in costume.

Fundraising: Same old, song and dance.

OLD BUSSINESS:

AzMatt: vote for me (Matt Anderson) for senate, or

Ian: vote on the US constitution

Orange: I came up with some changes in the lounge commandments, and will be made, some removed, clarified etc... There isn't much we can do if you break them, but please respect them.

Summary: If you have a problem with anyone breaking a rule, ask them nicely , or if you feel uncomfortable, tell an officer.
Not watching a movie is twice in one day, not one week. we do this because people come in and out of here in order, people get bored watching movies over and over. The rule is directed toward the ACs, and not everyone is bound by it, as are other votes. This will be brought to the floor during new buissiness.

NEW BUSSINESS

Bobby: we have two new people who are here, Russel, who was here already, and Meagan.

KingBird: I motion to allocate an amount not exceeding $400 for books to Amazon.com. Seconded by Matt. Acclimated
