ALL GLORY TO THE HYPNO-TOAD!

Meeting called to order at: 8:19pm

President's report: I have ridden the mighty moon worm! Today we attended a USG constitutional hearing. Thats it.

VP's report: Watch your voices, dont be so frikken loud. Clean damnit!!

Treasurer's report: first Bj's allocation is in. now processing the second.

Seceratary: WHAT?

Librarian: I need people to help me clean the library. When you have time chip in. I'm, not making an allocation. Book club book as a reminder is Harry Turtledove's Guns of the South.

The library has 5 chairs. dont take chairs from the library.


AC: October 31st 8:30-11:30 is our double feature almost definately in the SAC auditorium.
screw causality went well. We have food. Next Wednesday is 10th kingdom starting 12:50. Buffy marathon pending.

If you use the computer chairs move them back, same with all furneture.

CS: in absentiia- computers working soon . . .

Advertising: Orange- We has flyers.

Bobby - spread word of events by mouth.

Fundraising: one quick gyration.

Historian: No one tells a story.

Lisa Tells JAMM can story: JAMM was really into recycling and got everyone into the forum to recycle paper even. It became a trash can briefly, but we saved it to cash in bottle deposits.

Old Buissness:

Roman: As of last week the forum has a book club. the current book is due on November 13th for discussion. We always have one copy of the book on reserve. Next will be Flowers for Algernon.

Bobby- word gets around if you don't hold your shift.

SAM- yells mightely at shiftholders.

Matt- USG town hall meeting: Props to all who came, and roman who tried and failed due to my errors. It was long and boring, and no one understood how to ask questions. We have copies of the preposed changes floating in the forum. Read it decide, vote as you see fit.

Matt Motions for Roman to shut the Fuck up. Seconded by Orange. Acclimated.

New Buissness:

Orange- Ye unto the lounge comes a testiment of the the rules the forum has followed all these years, and overtime we have forgoten them. Handed down to us the rules have been written down, "The Commandments of the Lounge"

Rules listed about lounge in biblical fashion.

Kim: we should sing happy birthday to Orange.

Announcements

Kim: Icon is building a float for Homecomming. Help out tommarrow at 3:30 or after, Union basement 031. Parade is at 7pm on Friday
