Meeting Called to Order at 8:18pm

President's report: I'm the president Hi.

VicePresident's report: In absentia: Lisa says she is sick of finding stuff in the fridge overnight, it'll be chucked. Clean!!

Treasurer's Report: Apparently as you all know, our budget has been cut by 2000 dollars. much to our delight we found out about USG appeals, Matt and I will do this. Succsess is questionable but hopefull.

Seceretary's report: I need the cabinent key back from Ness.

Librarian's report: We still have a book list, if you want anything new write it down. We will have a book club, Roman will run it: I have some ideas, first book is Guns of the South by Harry Turtle Dove. To be read by Nov. 13.

AC's Report: Halloween movie night in the SAC Ballroom is a definate for Oct. 31. We want candy, and a hidden person in candy. We need to get copies of these movies in dvd. Roman's Screw Causality night is on the 16th at 12:00 or 11:30 or something.

Spread my RAGE to those who do not clean. Tell others to clean, or i'll Be Mean!

JAMM can is for recyclables, plastic, glass and Cans, please refundables.

Orange: kitty night was good, but not that good, Curse of the cats had no cats, and the VCR broke. Next Semester, Kittie night 2: the Cattening.

Cs's report: The servers are currently undergoing an upgrade, we will use Hornet soon.

Commitees

Advertising: totally dropped balkl on kittie night we need info from roman for flyers.

Fundraising: Kat helped me come up with an idea to raise money, it's shot down. I Dance, Roman does the Robot.

Old Buissness:

Matt: I get emails addressed to the Signatorie officers, so it means they got our siginatures.

New Buissness:

Bobby: I motion to allocate $200 to BJ's for Candy, and associated supplies, for Halloween event.
Seconded by Matt. Acclimated.

Matt, I motion for Roman to Shut the hell up. Seconded by Anthony, opposed by Roman Unilateraly: Passed

Matt: USG is updating there constitution to speed up their ability to do things without hamperence. They also have taken out clubs freedom of speech clubs, or the rights of clubs. They have also added a final veto power.

Voting is open through the 22nd through the 26th, on Solar.
Our USG advisor Maria, has told us that there is a Town Hall meeting about this update to the USG constitution next Wednesday from 3-5. you should all go, and wear forum shirts.

Announcements:

Orange: clean!

Don: zombie night was interesting, filled with zombies I want to do another Zombie night after the new Resident Evil is released on DVD, with discusion, and if you have any suggestions tell me.

Oct. 20th there is a forum party at Gil's house for him and Bev.

Nov. 3rd is the mid 90's forumite party.

Bobby: I cant run the dinner run...see anthony if you want to go.
