Meeting called to order at 8:15pm

presidents report: hi new people, raise your hand if this is ypur first time in the forum and you learned about us in the forum. Welcome, I'm Matt, my job is i run meetings, piss King Bird off, sign things etc..

VP: My name is Lisa I’m a student at the health science center. My Job is to keep the forum clean. JAM CAN is not for garbage is for empty recyclables only.

Treasurer: I'm Ian, not the only one and Im treasurer.

Secretary: Hi, I’m Anthony, I’m the secretary here too but with a different Hat. And I write things down on the computer box, and hand stuff in.

Librarian: I'm kingbird, or james, and I run the library across the hall. I'm still short on shift holders. Shiftholders keep the forum library open throughout the week, they get benefits. Books can be taken out across the hall from a shiftholder and are due in a month.

CS: (Anthony) Hi Everybody. I'm the computer guy, I curb your computer destruction. Computers are for internet fun but homework has priority.

AC: I'm bobby head Activities Coordinator, I keep you guys entertained, and coordinated. we have movie nights etc... This thursday anthony runs a Heros marathon, next wednesday Ian runs Bruce Cambell night.
We had a club fair!!
Introductions. . .
Bobby: dinner Run tonight!
Drow: I'm sub AC for life, Ultimate edition of legend, Willow and Timebandits, DVDs are not for borrowing.


Committees:

Fundraising: I also have this job, you can have it. Until then I Dance for change!!!

Advertising: Orange: I'ts my advertising Comittee NOW!!! We had some nice flyers, and bookmarks and frisbees at the involvement fair.

Old Buissness:

Orange: Our budget has still been cut, and it impedes our ability to function as a club. We currently seem unable to appeal. We are being diplomatic.

We still arent getting new couches from property control, but we'd like new chairs


New Buissness:

Bobby: we need an allocation for $75 to BJ's so we can play softball seconded by Kim, accllimated.

Ian : Clean

Announcements:

If you find a wooden frog it's Izzy's he has lost it, please return it.

Kim: We have an SF convention on Campus, I-Con meetings are tuesdays at 7:00, we have a face book group ICon Campus Chapter.

Matt: check the Forum lj, I post there too much

Lisa: Use the Website.

We have a new post board in the hall scheduled events will be posted there. Postings should be approved by Lisa or Orange.

Bobby: This weekend, we scrubbed the shit out of these floors. we want to keep the forum reasonably clean for more than four days.

Orange: the Gurps pen and paper rpg is open for thursdays at 7 we hope to start soon, still space.

Matt: New people, come back, the forum is usually allot cooler not during meetings.

Em: we have an active alumni corps, that tries to show up for meetings, and are cool, we have an event for alumni every five years.
