Meeting called to order at 7:19 pm

President’s Report- nothing
VP- VP will be here for meetings (but it will take her longer to make it here)
Treasurer- nothing
Secretary- nothing
Librarian- We will be allocating for books next week. Please write on the book request list on the Library door.
AC- Movie night has been rescheduled until next week. Picnic is Sunday, May 13. Time of picnic will be 2pm, meeting here at 1pm. Allocation from last week is canceled- will be re-allocating tonight. Bill and Ted’s Most Excellent Collection has been ordered. A Scanner Darkly has also been ordered.
Regatta is next Friday. We have most of the tubes we need, however we still need some more stuff. There will be directions on the board outside (so that if Kim isn’t here, people will know what’s going on).
CS- Enormous quotas will be forthcoming. JC and Turtle are new assistant wiki admins. Aaron has created an online catalogue. It will be posted on website.

Old Business- Changes made to charter (these will be hung on the wall- and we will vote on them in 2 weeks):
Changes include:
Shiftholders will also receive access to computer library
Head AC – gets key to forum and cabinet. Head AC appoints ACs and Assistant System Administrator.
Historian will be added. His/her duties shall be:
Upkeeping of SF4M timeline
Inform members of important dates in Forum history
Plan traditional Forum events.
Tell stories and give reports during meetings.
Maintain log and accessibilities of logs.

Historian will be voted for in Spring Semester. 

New Business-

Bobby allocated to 8 Futons for 350.00 for futons and chairs. 
Seconded.
