March 28, 2007 minutes

Meeting called to order at 7:03 pm

President- Nothing.
VP- Thank you for Forum cleanliness.
Treasurer- Kingbird can go to Hell (?)
Secretary- Amusing anecdote.
Librarian- I-Con happened. We did well. Thanks for helping at forum table.
We got rid of all of our tribbles. Fred got a paycheck of $400.00 from his
job.
AC- Good news everyone. If you care to watch B5 in any particular order. We
have it on DVD. Cabinets are locked. See officer or AC to open (except Ness,
because she doesn't have the key).
The picnic is on May 15th at Sunken Meadow Park. There may be a dunk tank….
Hmmm? Tomorrow if the weather is good- the forum will be locked- and
everyone will be forced to frolic in the fields with Bobby (notice the
alliteration).
CS- New computer stuff is getting allocated for. See below for
details.Wikiis good- update.
Committees-
Regatta- Tardis will be built. Regatta is the last weekend in April.
Ad- Bookmarks were given out at I-Con. It was good.
Fundraising- Things are happening.

Old Business-
VP rants-
Wiki is nice. The website has been up for two years. Nobody posts (except
Bobby, and apparently nobody cares about it). VP is ranting because website
does not "get love" too. 
We're getting a couch- no one can have sex on it. ER, well, they can… but
they shouldn't. Because… well, okay… moving on.

We love Gail in USG- because she saves us money.

New Business-
CS allocates 179.97 for new hard drives for work stations.
Seconded.
Acclimated.

May amend forum charter next week to make historian official position with
duties and benefits.

Announcements-

Poll on website will determine who had the best nickname at I-Con.
