Meeting called to order at 7:05 pm

President’s Report- Nothing.

VP report- Clean.

Treasurer’s Report- Clean. Death to USG.

Secretary’s Report- Everything’s cool.

Librarian’s Report- We got a filing cabinet. We also got an electric pencil sharpener. We got a bell. If you ring it without purpose there will be grave consequences. 

AC- Next week there will be a movie night. Final Fantasy has started. Regatta is in two months. Donate cardboard. We got new movies. Yay! 

CS- Website now has a wiki. Thank you to Kingbird for entries. 

Committees-

Fundraising- Anthony is researching the renting a dunking booth. 
Advertising- See Lisa to help her hang flyers. Please.

Old Business-
New amendment to the constitution-
Statement XII section C.
In the event of the dissolution of this group, all USG funds and assets of this organization shall revert to the USG.

New Business-

Bobby allocates 602.11 to Amazon.com

Announcements-
I-CON is coming up in 4 weeks. If you wish to volunteer please contact people now. 
We will clean the forum before I-CON. During I-CON when OFFICERS are not in the lounge, no one is allowed in. The library will be locked and dead bolted.
