Tomorrow, February 21st from 11am to 4pm at the Student Union Fireside Lounge there's going to be a Book Swap.
You can bring in books to trade, but you can also just donate.
All donations go to Housing Works, a non-profit organization that provides assistance to NYC homeless individuals living with HIV and AIDS.
I thought this would be a really great way to get rid of all the non-genre books that are just sitting around. I'm definitely going and bringing some books of my own. If nobody wants to take a few of our non-genre books to swap, I'm going to just take the whole box there and donate them all.
If somebody else is planning to do something with the books or if they've all already been gotten rid of, please let me know.
