Meeting called to order at 8:10

President’s report-
Someone needs to attend the budget workshop which are 8:00- 9:30 pm Weds 15th , Thurs 16th, Monday 21rst in Javitts
Discussion about meetings being moved later or to Weds at 8:15 pm
I-CON needs volunteers

Vice President’s report- 
Lisa reports clean

Treasurer’s report-
The order for the library supplies has gone in

Secretary’s report-
Nothing to report

Librarian’s report-
Books have been moved elsewhere, tapes are now in their place
We’re waiting for supplies and for moving of computers
Shift holder schedule will be changing, pay attention 
We will be moving things around in the library, adding shelves
There will be new online thing for shift holders

AC-
Movies have moved onto bookshelves
This Thurs afternoon Ferd is doing “elementary my dear Forumites”
Ferd is running a writing contest for Forumites, there will be a prize,
It needs to be 4 pages, no slash. It will be judged by the ACs
We will be having forum dodge ball! Bobby wants to know what time would be best-
There will be a poll on the website. 
Will be allocating for TNG
All video games are on bottom shelf now- all work.
Lisa and Bobby bought cleaning supplies and Friday will be a cleaning day
Tomorrow is club fair. People need to go! 
On Sunday there is going to be a RPG of the floating vagabond, everyone should come-
It will be all day starting at 10 am in the forum-

We got green light for new computers in lounge (at least one)
Tonight will be allocation for new server and Mac
Everyone should visit the website.
