Meeting Notes-
November 22, 2005

Meeting called to Order at 8:05

President’s Report
We need to cancel Wal-Mart allocation and decide about Festivus.

VP Report
Yeah people have been keeping the forum clean. CLEAN!!!

Librarian
We’ve catalogued over 11,000 books and we are almost done with the first room.
YEAH!!

AC
Dodge ball game is being push back. Movie Nights have been going well.

CS
The website is up and running at www.SF4M.org Everyone should go there and register. Committee leaders and officers, remember that you can post announcements. Also meeting notes. CS cannot daisy chain the surge protectors so says the Fire Marshal.

Historian
Ferd told the story of the unloved, and unwanted forumite, and reminds old forumites that some of the new ones may not be this way, even if they act like it at times.

Scholarship Committee
Really wants a bank account to put the money in. We still need to get the EIN Tax ID and bank policy for Suffolk County National Bank has changed. Also USG policy may not allow it. More information still needs to be found.

Volunteer Committee
Volunteer to help Ness at the LIUH on December 4 from 6:20 to 9 pm.

Flyers will be made and people will be grabbed to put them up.
