Meeting called to order 8:09

President’s report- no dodge ball, Festivus celebration planned for either Dec. 7th or 14th
Friday will be working on shelves in library, people will be drafted.

VP- Anger expressed because food is not cleaned up. People should clean up their messes. Clean.

Treasurer- not present

Secretary- not present

Librarian- Catalogue has broken 10,000. There will be updating of librarian’s handbook.

AC- Mostly for scheduling reasons, dodge ball is going to be next semester instead. Other events schedule is a movie night Equilibrium, Brazil, and Gattica – next week is Christopher Walken night, followed by Time Travel night. Video cabinet is done.

Computer report- Brian is wonderful. The old forum data on web board is gone. Everyone needs to re-register.

Historian’s report- Story was told about forum related Thanksgiving party.

Volunteer Committee- Volunteer date on December 4th, starting at 6:20, ending at 9:00.

Scholarship Committee- Lots of paperwork. There’s a problem with Tax-ID number. USG needs to be made aware of what we’re doing. We’re working on things.

Advertising- Committee has disappeared.

Old Business-
1.) Bank account underway.
2.) Power strips allocation discussed
3.) Clean

New Business-
1.) Clean.
2.) Policy with overdue books needs change. Renewals have been ridiculous. From now on if the book is a week overdue, no renewals. If you have a key and have a book more than a month overdue, then you lose your key. Bring your books with you if you want to renew them. Drew is not a pick up service. If it’s the first time for someone taking out a book, he/she can only take out one.
3.) Clean.
4.) Tapes will be given out as tribbles during I-Con. If you volunteer on Friday, you can get a tape.
