President-Security's first mention

AC-Rules about gaming in the 4M.
Movie Night schedulae. Soon to be postedon the message board outside the 4M
Librarian-Shift holders NEED to fill out cards correctly.
Also books are being stolen. America The Book has been stolen! Drew WILL DEAD BOLT THE FORUM if this continues Everyone has been warned.
New shift holder scheduale is starting this week.

New Business-Neils explained about his talk with a security guard. Short Version---The police know about pretty much all that we do. Some stuff we need to stop. DO NOT PROP OPEN DOORS! There have been other robberies in Harriman and we don't always look good being here late at night.
Oh...and the thing that really pissed Drew, Neils and myself.
NO SMOKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The security guard saw someone smoking inside of the lounge....Not....cool....
We also need to work on our PR in the building.
