Short Meeting!
Meeting notes for 9/20/05

Pres - Open House went well, thank you's to all who attended. Hi and welcome to all the new people in our lovely forum. Special thanks to Lisa.

VP - You cleaned! THANK YOU! Lisa found no more food in the recycle bin. EVEN BETTER. Special thank you!

Secretary - Wark.(nothing)

Library - We could use more people in the library, if you're interested, please see Drew ASAP. Thank you! Also that computer needs some ram in the Library. PC2700 ddr ram. ^^; (in case someone feels like donating)
Also, Altered the shift schedules slightly for the library. Please check to make sure you know your shift.

A/C - Ode to Ah-nold (arnold) Next week! On Wednesday Movies! Bobby sorted all the TV tapes, so if you want to watch something, they're all in the cabinet. Feel free to show some. ^_^

CS GUYS - Updates have been made to the website. The Server is finished, and Thanks to the CS guys for all your work. Currently looking for more information of Forum stories to be posted, if you have one, please either post here, or email neils. Since the CS guys did such a nice job with everything, special cs guys buttons were made, with the Sf4m logo on it, except the rocket is crashing. ^^ Thanks again.
- Minor Note for people looking for Randy. While Bonnie has been the switchboard for Randy normally, Bonnie is down and out right now, So you MUST CONTACT RANDY DIRECTLY. That is all. ^_^

Scholorship fund - We raised another 18$ ^_^ great job guys. we're getting closer to our goal.

Volunteer work - Ness needs some people to join the committee. Contact her! Show the forum love for all! This isn't too much work! It's fast, easy , and looks great on resume's! So please contact Ness, or Drew if you'd like to volunteer.

Advertising - Thanks to everyone who was involved in the slave lab-er I mean, Volunteering of making buttons. We love you.

Historian - Fire of 86 was told and recapped as the burning ashes of the sci fi forum library were charred and wasted. Explained about how everyone speculated how it happened, as we sat here listening glad we only have to worry about fluffies.

Allocations - 2 allocations were made, to archival supplies, and library supplies. They were both passed, acclimated, it's good to go.

Announcements - Bobby explained that this is your final warning, and that he will soon have a graph to show that the more food left in the forum will thus equal more fluffies. Well the fluffies are winning. So remember to clean up after yourself and not wait until others do it for you. Thank you.
