Notes For 5/10/05

Meeting Came to order at 8:31pm.

Reports were made from each group.

Pres explained that summer shifts for the library would be announced forthcoming. We are registered for Next semester, and about what happened with the mess in the hallway, there were no complaints logged, so be happy, and be considerate as well everyone.

VP - Thanked Kim for cleaning! Kim, You ROCK! Also special thanks to White Anthony for taking out the recycleable bottles, and cans. *golf claps for both* ^_^

Treasurer - Explained that we're all done for the semester, and that as of right now, there are no forseeable budget problems next semester. However, there is NO summer budget, so non smiley face here. T_T

Secretary - We're all Good ^_^

AC - Went to BlockBuster and bought a BUNCH of DVD's for the 4m. Some of the titles included in the purchase were Gothika, League of Extraordinary Gentlemen, Identity, I, Robot (I, will smith) Day After Tomorrow, Johnny Mnemonic, and Bubba Hotep.

CS - Quote , " Greg is a GOD." Website will be up and running soon. Readerware will be on the Mac in about 2 days.

Historian - A HYSTERICAL story about how Brian(bryan?) Got Locked in the Library. I will not recap the tale to protect the guilty. ^_^ Jim can tell you if you missed it. ^_^

Scholorship - Izzy gave much thanks to everyone who participated in the fund, and then announced that the scholorship fund had been Stolen, and that the police were notified. However, the disclaimer has been made, **IF THE STOLEN GOODS ARE RETURNED WITHIN THE NEXT 48 HOURS, THERE WILL BE NO QUESTIONS ASKED**

Old Business - Keys! It'll take some time, but they are coming! Expect them soon.
- PICNIC!! This Saturday at Sunken Meadow Park. Starts at noon. If you need a ride, Meet at SBU by 11am.

New Business - Security of the Forum, Deadbolts will be used to lock the doors at night until further notice.

Announcements:
- Possible security measures were addressed.
- Shift holders must be in the Library at all times. If you are in the lounge, put the sign up, and lock the library.
- Izzy is throwing a Birthday Blowout Bash at Chucks house. Contact Izzy for more information. It will be his 25th Birthday. BYOB, 8pm start time, on Sunday, the 29th, the day before Memorial Day.
- This is the last meeting of the semester. We look forward to seeing you all again.

Meeting came to a close at 8:57pm.
