Forum Meeting Notes for 5/03/05

The meeting came to order at 8:34pm. 

We immediately went around the different offices. 

Treasurer talked about the remains of the budget. 

Librarian talked about Readerwore, the keys being changed, and that 
shifts will be ending monday. 

AC talked about Blockbuster, the movie list, and the SF4M Rock 
painting. 

CS guy gave the quote "Stuff is fixed"

Historian gave us the most hysterical story I have heard in awhile 
about Sea monkeys! I'm still laughing at that. 

Scholorship = WE MET OUR GOAL! WOOHOOOO! GREAT JOB GUYS! 

Regatta news - Thanks to all who attended, participated and helped 
out! There was pizza given to everyone for appreciation. ^_^

Old business includes - The picnic! Remember it's Saturday! at noon! 
at sunken meadow Park. 
		      - We voted on the constitution, it was passed. 
An amendment was voted on about having biweekly meetings over summer.

New Business included - An Allocation for $400 to Comp USA. Then 
acclimated. 

An announcement was made about the doors for the SF4M. Please 
remember if you are the last person down here, that you should lock 
the doors and close them when you are leaving. Let's keep the place 
safe! ^_^ 

We then had Elections to select the new officers. The election was 
run by Beverly, who did a fantatic job by the way. 

THe New officers are President: Drew 
		     Treasurer: Orange
		     Secretary: Utah
		     CS Guy   : Neils

Meeting was adjourned at 10:00pm.
