Jumpers must bring $135.00 in cash (an additional $70 if they want to have their jump taped). Given the fact that some people may want to go to The Ranch on the own, if you do not show up at the Forum by 8:20 a.m., we will leave without you and assume that you will get there some other way than via the main caravan. Id like to see a large ground crew going to cheer the jumpers on. This is the basic info on where we are going: The Ranch Parachute Club, Ltd. (EA), Gardiner Airport, Sand Hill Rd., 1/4 mi. off 44/55, (20 min. N. of Stewart/Newburgh Airport), Gardiner, NY 12525, (914) 255-4033; 255-9538 IF ANYONE HAS A VIDEO CAMERA THAT CAN TAPE THE PARACHUTING FROM THE GROUND.... please let me know. I want to get as much of this event recorded as possible. We have finally secured more space for the Forum. The room across the hall from us was the Math Club, but they found better space. I went to the Math Department and they have turned the room over to us. We will be putting in the orders for new locks next week. Also, it will be decided at the next meeting how to utilize the space. If you know where to get more shelves like the ones currently in the forum, contact me. We had an incredibly successful cataloging event last Saturday. All of the boxes of books that have been in storage are now completely sorted, pocketed and stamped for shelving in the newly found space. We also got a lot of book restoration accomplished. The D6 Gaming Club has also secured the space that it has been keeping its eye on down in Harriman 010. They are now prepared to accept any donations to get that room up and running (games, tv, video games, posters, tables, shelves... blah, blah, blah). The Forum has had to advise its members that they should discontinue leaving their private belongings in the forum, as a few items have been disappearing from the room. The Joes Apartment video tape from blockbuster, a CD-ROM drive, floppy drive and keyboard are all gone. We are preparing to have another comic book fundraiser in a little over a month. If you would like to donate comics to be sold at the event, bring them down to the Forum, or contact me. T-Shirts are availible in Large for $5.00. All other sizes have sold out. Thanks for everyones support, Jennifer, Beatnik, Presarian f*******e@n*****t.com 03/10/1997 00:00:000 UTC Jennifer Adams wrote: >The D6 Gaming Club has also secured the space that it has been keeping >its eye on down in Harriman 010.
