WOW! I guess it's like they say, people don't wanna be the first to do

anything...why last week there was nobody here, and look! a WHOLE 12

messages!! Who said 4Mites are apathetic?

Here's a question, hopefully enough 4Mites are reading this:

If you'll remember, to become a memebr of the 4M, you only need walk in

the 4M once.

To become a 4Mite, all you need do is walk in the 4M twice.

Now that the 'Net exists, and we've got our VERY OWN newsgroup....how

will this change how we accept 4Mite? Should we accept people electronically?

I think anyone who posts a message like

should automatically be declared a member of the science fiction forum.

Avariel, what are you talking about? Last week there were 40 messages here.

This newsgroup has been in existence for well over two years, must be more

than three now. But indeed we do need more Forumites online here. I left a

note in the logbook recently encouraging people to join us.

Correction: walk in the 4M twice and you become a "fringie" (on the fringe of

being a forumite)

When I was a student, you became a 4Mite when you stayed awake all night in

the Forum.

I had suggested that one became a virtual 4Mite when one posted a message at

4:00 am.
